Leaving February 2

I had (and currently still have) a headache after my short Monday shift, so I cancelled out of practice. Took and nap, had some soup. I finished the second half of "Robinson Crusoe" (The film directed by Luis Buñuel). I stumbled across this book on archive.org.

There appears to be a podcast of the same name, but with the subtitle "Movies for Masochists". I'm not about to spend more money on anything like that. In this economy?

I finished up the blog post for February 3rd and got a head start on some of the post for the 4th.

Now I'm gonna put on "Orson Welles' Great Mysteries" Episode 4 "La Grande Breteche", which is a Balzac Short Story, and get ready for bed. Probably read a little bit of something too. Goodnight Cruel World.

Leaving January 21

Another cold and dreary day. I did some grocery shopping to get prepared for the weekend. It was crazy on the road and in the store. Thankfully patience helped me get through it ok. Took a little nap after dinner. Started watching Vamp but decided to get ahead of the game with the blog so I don't have to worry about making another post until Friday night. It's neat learning all this stuff about film, art, music and philosophy, but it is way more time consuming than I imagined. I barely have time for anything else during the day. Especially if I have to work. It'd be pretty cool to get paid to do this, wouldn't it? Planning on going to the VMFA tomorrow to hang out with my friends Kris and Paul. I think I want my main focus to be on "Progress" by Asher B. Durand.
